Who we are
Diplodocus Games is the name under which I, Sebastian Küpper, a sole proprietor (Einzelunternehmer), develop and publish video games. You can find contact data and additional information in the Imprint (Impressum) section of this website.
What information do we collect
We do not collect any personal information within our games or on this website. However, the Toree’s 3D Platformer Collection and Commander Keen in Keen Dreams: Definitive Edition on Xbox have Xbox Live integration to support leaderboards, rich presence and achievements. This means that information on your progress in the games will be recorded by the Xbox Live Service. Depending on the privacy settings of your Xbox Live account, others may be able to see which Achievements you have collected, for how long you have played the games and how well you performed in certain parts of the games. This data is not stored locally with Diplodocus Games.
